Not sure couldn't have been more then 5 minutes but it was enough. The tank basicly was sitting smack dab in the middle of the house. My Master BR is above my garage so most of the water found it's way in there. But as we all know water will find the least path of resistance so it spread all over the house quickly.

1.BAD news no more tanks on the 2nd floor of my home ever again. Total home restoration in progress AS I TYPE. Thank God for home owners insurance.

Sorry to hear...that sucks.
But filing a claim on your Home Owners is "CRAP"... now that you filed a claim your premium will go up because now your high risk of filing a claim... bunch of crap... Just went through the BS last year when my roof leaked. It would have been cheaper for me to pay out of my pocket than to file a claim.....
