1.BAD news no more tanks on the 2nd floor of my home ever again. Total home restoration in progress AS I TYPE. Thank God for home owners insurance.

That's why you gotta do it American style!!! Sue the tank manufacturer and the company that sells the water hose that you used to refill the tank. And your water company, and the home builder.
