It's funny how every once in a while I catch them INSIDE these buildings.

Have you guys ever seen how they sleep? They have their tails up and their heads resting on the bottom.I touch them and they don't even know it!

What other fish could I add here that they would not eat? They also can't be bottom dwellers as they'll toss up the sand.

Any suggestions?

Not all bottom dwellers stir up sand like a Geophagus that hasnt eaten in a month.

I think a shoal of bottom dwellers would make them look like people going about thier day around the city.

wow surprised that your bass haven't destroyed the decor yet... my cichlids constantly critique my decor choices and feel it necessary to show me where they like things, to the extent of moving fairly large rocks somehow, and constantly changing the substrate level...

Looks great, really impressive.

Get clown loaches for the bottom i love how theey shaol or maby pictus catfish. IDK get something that shoals for the bottom because it would be cool seeing them running in the city XD.

I'm still diggin the tank.

On the far right rear corner it looks like you have the facade elevated. Is it just sand under there or did you block it up somehow?

How are you vacuuming the tank?

I elevated it (painstakingly) with flat rocks, then pebbles, then sand and more sand.Vacuuming is done evry other day due to the fairly large Pbass turd.Method is a lot like syphoning only manually done.It messes up the sand a lot but I just try to hide the "rough edges" of the decors with some plastic plants.

My entire tank almost died as I didn't notice that my powerhead had been dead for 12 hours.Good thing I saw it in time and they made it through. One good thing that happened was I saw my 2 crawdads STILL ALIVE AFTER ALL.I thought they'd been dead or eaten like 3 months ago but there they were alive and bigger:headbang2

A tad OT: Can somebody ID my Pbass?
