One that I don't see anymore that was around in the late 80's/early 90's are true armadillo lizards, which is too bad because they're about the coolest live bearer there is.

Speaking of armadillo lizards, I forgot, sungazers. Full grown sungazer is as impressive a lizard as you'll see, and from what I can tell at this point they're pretty much non-existent in the hobby.
