Well, my husband can't believe how long I can talk about my fx5 for. But one of the top two nah, not even close!
 
I made my gf take a 2 hour drive with me on Christmas Eve to get fish, got there at 11pm;)... I don't think I'm ever going to live that down.

I like my fish more than my woman sometimes... they never yell at me and are always happy to see me! :D All I have to do is give them bloodworms and they are stoked. Wish I could say the same for keeping a woman happy for years!

I really take pride in having clean healthy tanks with happy fish, and love learning all I can about filtration... it's kind of like the engine in a muscle car... sure the car is nice but WHAT DO YOU HAVE UNDER THE HOOD?
 
I have too many: Wife, 16month old daughter, fish, cars, computer gaming, school(for IT Tech), TV shows... :nilly:
 
Filtration is not a guy thing, it's a fishkeepers thing. On our new tank I'm going all out and totally overboard. The analogy of a muscle car is a good one. Bragging rights and the ooh la la factor.
 
Perfect filtration for a 180g -> 2x AC110s for mech, FX5 for mech and bio, 55g wet/dry sump for all of the above plus surface skimming. I love my filtration!

Other hobbies are beer drinkin and jammin metal. After you have a good woman for 8 years you really start to appreciate filtration, water changes and gorgeous tanks more.. hahah
 
Nu-Clear canisters and it's little brother Ocean-Clear. The best canisters made. I have 7 total, 6 up and running :D
