You know, it's funny that this should come up. Just before Christmas my wife and I were looking to get a Yorkshire Terrier. We found a similar add on a local Internet buy and sell called Kijiji. The add read that he was a doctor that got recently transferred to "West Africa" and that he took his dog with him, but now did not have time to properly care for it. He just wanted it to go to a good home and all he needed was a money order for shipping. Apparently his "shipping agent" would only take money orders. Also he mentioned that since the dog was originally from here it wouldn't have to go through quarantine. What a load of POOOOOOP. I wrote back calling him all kinds of stuff and basically said that the way in which he wrote indicated that he was a naughty boy. I know that this is a huge insult in their culture and that probably not knowing English very well he would have been perplexed as to what it was that made him sound that way. I never heard back from him, reported the add and it was taken down the same day.
