lol that "CUP" i know it suck i threw it in there with some cucumber one night to catch some trumpet snails but she threw the greens out and made it her nest :P lucky i kept the cup in though she laid eggs in it the day after :) again thanks to everyone :) will keep it updated.

We can handle your weird spelling just fine. It's your lack of punctuation that throws us off. :D

Congrats on the eggs, and hopefully you'll have a bunch of fry soon.

For breeding pairs, I gave mine a clay pot with the bottom removed (optional) and a piece of slate. There's nothing wrong with plastic, but the clay is just a little closer to natural. It's a little easier to look at too.

Also, I'd look into getting some sponge filters. They are great for fry tanks and grow out tanks. (Any filter with an impeller easily turns into a fry blender. :( )
 
ok soo my eggs hatched, i removed the male, should i do the same with the female? or can she stay? anyways i fixed my filters by fitting cloth around the intake, so that the flow is reduced and nothing can get sucked directly int the impellers:) please help, do i remove the female or no?

if she takeing care of the fry then no but if she not then yes.
 
late at night i cant sleep, soo i went to look at my fry, i can see about 25 or soo that are visible the rest are in the gravel, should i be concerned that they will get stuck in the gravel and die? or will they be just fine? i can see a few of them on the sides and they seem pretty far down, if i just leave them will they die from getting stuck i guess? or can i carefully take the gravel out and leave them in a bare tank with only rocks and wood?
