They're here.............. Pics!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
We've got issues with the tanks boys...... against my better judgement I decided to put 140 lbs. of sand in the first tank before I filled it up with water. I figured it would settle faster.... not a good idea! There's a leak on the bottom seam so I had to empty the water and scoop out 180 lbs. of wet sand. :irked:

Apparently the company forgot to or just didn't conduct a leak test while at the warehouse.... how do I know? Because the second tank had a small leak also! :irked: (Not to mention the protective paper was still adhered to the acrylic on the inside of the tank.

Just my luck.......F@&%!

damn bro i hope they come pick up tanks and repair them. free of charge.

That sucks. Personally, I wouldn't want them repaired for free. I'd demand a full refund never to do business with them again. Mistakes happen. But send TWO bad tanks. Come on. That's just a bad company to do business with.
Repair them or not they could never compensate you for your time, effort, frustration, and the time you were out the money.

who mfg the tanks ? this way, I know for refrence when I am getting the big tank.

You can PM me if you don't want to make it public..

damn sean bro that sux.......sorry to hear bout them tanks

Thanks guys for all the condolences.... I'll definitely keep you all posted. I heard back from the sales lady and she stated via message that they want to send out someone to check out the tanks. I can't say that I'm thrilled about that because it'll delay me getting my tanks that much sooner. I'll be having words with someone higher up for sure.

Just read this but I heard the news...:wall:

I wouldn't have the patience for this place that conducts this sort of unprofessional business. Good luck, and let us know how it goes.

defenitely sucks big time!!!
