I suggest getting a pre-filter for the intake. If eggs most of the wigglers would get sucked up in the filter.

You would have to have a seeded sponge filter for the hatchery. Tbh I suggest a larger aquarium because maintaining water quality can be a challenge. I personally would leave the eggs in the aquarium so parents can care for them.

A seeded sponge filter, whats that? I have a sponge filter with a airstone in it. As far as the pre filter u mean a filter guard correct? I found one on amazon.

Okay it means a sponge filter from a cycled tank. Ill transfer it to the tank they’re in. Thank you
