Also, did anyone else notice it looks like a true red tail? BCC? I'd guess it's at least a hybrid, he has the peaks on the saddles. (2nd pic right in front of the left hand.)

Looks nothing like any form of BCC.......Peaks mean nothing, as both BCI and BCC may or may not have them, or any combination there of.......

Jeez, no need to be super negative... I stated a thought that I had, and you respond all contradictive.. Personally I have never seen a BCI with peaks. (Or such a light tan color, though I'm sure they're out there.) The two combined, and the fact that it's background isn't especially well known, gave me the idea of the possibility of it being a BCC. I did not say "It's a BCC and that's final!"..

What's BCI and BCC?
It's short for the subspecies of Boa constrictor.

BCI: Boa constrictor imperator, these are what you usually see for sale in stores. Known by most as boa constrictors, columbian boas, or (somewhat incorrectly) red tailed boas.

Whats negative?.......

Facts are facts......Boas from Mexico through Belize on into South American can all have some sort of peaks - Whether small, rounded, large, etc......

Morphological differences define the different localities/species......Not one pattern type.......

Ah, I see. How does one determine the difference between that? Not that it matters either way, I think Squeezy is awesome irrespective of what he is.

It is also possible he is a hybrid
This^

You would need to post pics of the tail, as that is one of the most reliable ways to tell the difference, though not always accurate.. (See the pictures.)
