ugly people (this includes newborns, toddlers, kids, teens, adults, old people, all of them!!!!!!) 
I saw a woman last night at around 9:40pm "walking" her dog while on the phone, and not using leash (which btw is illegal here), just letting it run around, not even watching it. Then a car came while the dog was on the opposite side of the street from the lady, and the dog suddenly decided to turn around and run back across the street. The car came within a foot of hitting the dog. The funny part was that the lady screamed (like she actually wasn't expecting that to happen 
) and then started appologizing repeatedly to the driver.

when somebody's credit card gets declined at checkout (although it wasnt funny when it happened to me because my bank's system went offline )
