Well... is there anything i can do to boost his survival rate? I just rearrenged the entire tank and they havent been chasing him as much but he doesnt look all that great. What should i do with this situation???

Ya take him back to Pmart, least there he will have some kinda chance. If ya gotta keep him, start lookin for another tank.
