They would be fine. RB's are the wimpiest of the Pygo family and will get along fine. The only bad thing is they might not get to full size potential I would stick to the 20g per fish rule or less if you want to grow them as large as possible.
think iit would be possible to keep 12 rbps in 180 gal.
