Sens will get big on a proper diet. Don't bother with feeders if you can , get some decent pellet food and frozen food, less chance of disease.

I agree. If you absolutely must feed feeders, breed your own (Guppies & Convict Cichlids are good ones that really reproduce) and make sure to quarentine the parents first, and then gut load them and the fry with some good food first before feeding to your fish, so that they are healthier snacks.

My Guppies have their own 10G tank and the convicts are in a 40G tank. So all my Frog and all my fish eat good!
