Thinking about getting a delhezi

could i put a delhezi bircher in my 75 gallon w/ an oscar and pleco?

depends how big is the Oscar and the del bichir your getting. Oscars can be aggresive. towards smaller tank mates.

my oscar is 9 inches right now and if i do get one i would make sure that it was about 8 inches and my oscar isn't too aggressive toward other fish, and if he did try and beat it up i could always put it in my 55gallon

I say go for it if you can get an 8"Del. Careful you might end up liking him more than your Oscar.
