There is a site called live aquaria.com that will notify you as soon as they get some in. That is where I got mine from and they do a good job.
Are fahaka puffers true freshwater or are they brackish. Also, maybe it would be possible money wise and get another tank. Good luck, The Doctor

How big is the tank? You're going to have to keep it cycled by feeding the bacteria ammonia, until you find the puffer.
