I don't think your idea is bad, but a 75 is tight for the 0 as a solo fish. I'd opt for a Rotkeil or something instead. However the guy who said AC110 are bad is crazy. That's probably the most reliable best flowing filter I've owned minus my eheim classic's.

I was the one that said AC 110 is bad
I just had bad experience with them braking with gravel and things got worse when you use sand. It gets in the impeller and the motor burns out. Plus the plastic is thin, so you have to be very careful handling them. Adjusting the flow rate is a PITA too. I had much better luck with emperor 400s. They were more durable, hold more water, and you have better bio-filtration. I've never had eheims but I hear good things about them.
It may work at the start but not long term in a 75g. The Oscar will probably beat up the Anges but who know you may get lucky.
I guess we got different luck with ac110. But regarding the 0 and angels it might not bother them his mess Alone might cause issues for ur angels.
