It's not that difficult...
Ive been thinking about doing this too, but there's not alot of info out there. All I've found is an article in an old TFH from the late 90's. Can you explain your situation? What size tank? How did you prevent aggression? Did you have any success raising the fry? If so when did you separate them, and what did you feed them?
