Thanks akskirmish, UFO_Paul I mostly listen to metal and all it's subgenres, right now I'm on a "technical death" binge with bands like Psycroptic, Necrophagist, The Faceless, and Sleep Terror, but also listen to country, rock, a bit of punk, and what ever else catches my interest. The picture is of 3 different Kurt Cobain poses. Ozzy is cool, the reality show put me off for awhile though. Have you heard his new album Black Rain? I was surprised by it. Zakk Wylde tears it up on that album.

Yeah i do like my american cars ive just got myself a grand voyager 3.3ltr petrol just love it for a 7 seater its a great car.

I believe The Faceless is American but I'm not sure about Necrophagist and Sleep Terror. Incredible guitar work, and good ol pig squeels mixed with cookie monster vocals Most of the bands can be found on youtube or myspace

A lot of the other metal bands I listen to come from Norway, Finland, and Sweden. Like In Flames, Soilwork, Mayhem, Burzum, Emperor, Caliban(German band) etc.

Mayhem, Burzum, and Emperor are lumped into the "black metal" genre, I find that most good black metal comes from Norway and Finland, but it's definitely an acquired taste

If you haven't seen it yet, try to find the DVD "Metal: A Headbanger's Journey" it's an amazing documentary from the early beginnings of metal from Zeppelin, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath to Venom, Slayer, Metallica, Pantera to the controversy of black metal etc. Interviews with band memebers and some really cool "behind the scenes" stuff. On the second disk there's even a small tribute to Dimebag Darrell
