That's a good idea. I'll have to try to remember to take my camera and snap some pics so you guys can see some of the cool oddball stuff this shop has.He has about a 3ft lung fish right when you walk in the door you guys would probably like to see.

And yes I said camera not phone lol... I'm old fashion and gave up cell phones about 18 year ago. I'm probably the only person on earth these days without a cell phone :)

Well the darnedest thing just happened this evening. Somehow all of my pond fish that are inside for the winter (koi & goldfish/comets) somehow must have managed to open the lids to the 120g tank where they were.....one must have acted as lookout and ran over and opened up the lid on the empty 75g while the others waited. Then they must have one by one jumped alllllllllllll the way across the shop and landed in the 75g tank.:headshake

So now the problem is this....here sits the 120g tank with a fully cycled canister filter on it completely empty. Maybe it's just me? but I think the "responsible" thing to do would be to pick up a new poly from the shop tomorrow. You know, just to keep the filter on the 120g cycled :grinyes:

I agree that is the most responsible thing to do! And that is really crazy! You need to get a video camera down there just in case there was somehow a spontaneous tank spawn next, that allowed you to be even more responsible!

Glad it's not just me, last thing I want to do is to be irresponsible ya know lol

To make things even worse the shop just updated on FB today that they got in a new shipment of fish today. On the list was "a rare poly". Most shops I would not get excited because they don't know much about polys, but this shop somewhat specializes in oddball & polys so when he says rare poly that makes me wonder just what he got today. I'll find out tomorrow :)

Give me a heads up if hes got a retro. I really want one and last time I was there he said just let me know and I'll order one for you. But my wife was standing right there and of coarse her being the irresponsible party pooper she can be said no we are fine. Lol. But then she wanted to know if he could get more of the gold headed purple body rasboras he hhad two of.
