Please tell me its not like the I love U parrots and the tail-less flowerhorns. Thats what it seems like to me. The design is too exact for it to be a natural defect in the genes. I think they did this to the ray and someone should snip their nuts for doing it.

No.. Its from birth.. Alot of mothers with make these "batman" pups when the spit the pups out too soon.. Rvrrays female did this a few times.

it is pretty funny lookin... but kinda retarded, i dont get y someone would spend 5000 dollars on a fish which is probably going to die within a years time...
