The manner in which you choose to handle this situation will be very influential in determining the type of reputation that you develop, however.
 
Live and learn, just remember to listen to more experienced hobbyists. Truth is, once you start ignoring good advice, you'll stop getting it.

You didn't ruin your reputation. I gave you a hard time in your other thread, but no hard feelings I hope. Don't let it discourage you from continuing to post up your setups and experiences either. We all start somewhere. You have an 80 or 90g tank, which is better than most people have the opportunity to start with. Think about what fishes you want and start searching all the threads and asking questions to see what will work and what won't work in your tank. Tons and tons of info here to help.
