OMG!!! 
That is ridiculous. How can a person even do that to a living creature? I mean, the worst part is that the owner don't even realize what she's doing. I just wish that people could start recognizing fishes as real pets. If only they get treated about as half as good as dogs or cats, that they will be in a lot better conditions. Are there even laws for fish torture? Are they not even considered "animals," to be included in "animal torture" laws?
