When i got him off a friend they told me that they were keeping him in with piranahas which I worried that maybe they stressed him out so much that he prolly wasnt going to eat...but later that night he ate 7 rosies and the next day he ate another 6 and then 2 more yesterday bc he ran out :-D hes doing really well, we have a little african cichlid that was attacking him fins so we took that fish out and put him in with the oscars (muhaha) The Gar is in a small tank right now hes about 6 inches in a 30 G, soon to be a 125g next month :-D
