I liked it better at 15ft so do I have to remove Red Devil from my favorite moderator list? 7 ft is still huge! It had the potential I bet to double (lol).

Agreed. The story of it being 15ft is fake, there a lot of rattlesnake stories like that on the internet. From what i have read the "professional trapper" is not professional at all and has no business dealing with animals like this.

Every time you hear about any type of rattlesnake, its "Oh what? Of course I killed it. Its a snake."
I honestly wish all the animals we hunt to extinction could come back, kick us in the butt and kill a few million of the ones that hunted them.

I've expressed this point before, and no I'm not some nature freak, tree hugging hippee...But I would rather see the world unaffected by humans, and all the species we've driven to extinction by greed alive, and no humans at all. I think it would be a better place. We can go live on mars or something

i agree with you that animals have a right to life too... i just don't know about living on mars..if we had only considered them and given them the respect they deserve.. we took their place.. not the other way around.. i hope they did not kill this beautiful snake..

A lot of internet sites reported the snake as a 15 foot snake. Here's an interview with the trapper. Apparently the capture and killing of the snake occurred around September 2009.
