I don't really see the harm in it if they are already dead. They are actually kinda cool. I wonder if they could get an arapaima? lol

They do look awesome! lol arapaima....

My parents bought me one with a scorpion from the flea market 2 years ago.

First of all, this guy probably owns a pet store. He is not allowed to kill the fish to make them, the fish must die of natural causes. And if he owns a fish store, the fish you see in the ACRYLIC, not glass, are probably DOA's or in-store deaths. I give him props for finding a way to make money is these hard economic times. I'm a biologist for the state of Florida, and we have a large collection of acrylic specimens we use for research and comparisons.

Considering the items are being sold out of hong kong i don't think any laws apply.
