Looks like a very young damsel fly, or dragonfly nymph.
If you have small fish in the tank, they are in danger, if you have large fish, they may eat it.
I had a fry tank, where fry kept disappearing, and I found a similar nymph, only it was about 3" long. Probably came in on plants.

Hmm, smallest I have in the tank is danios; I'd be angry if I thought this bug has been eating small fry hiding in my plants though
Are tiger barbs at risk?
Can't tell the size of your nymph by the pic, so hard to say. If they can grab and hold the fish, they can eat it.
It's quite small, I thought it was fish fry at first and was like "yesss, how cute- aarghh!"
Lol, dragonfly nymphs are cool! I want to keep another one!
Hopefully it is just the one, do they get big? :/
