After showing no aggression at all(besides biting the guy at the petstore), and being in a community growout for months I woke up to a 5.5in endli inside of a 6-7in curupira.

I don't think he can fully swallow the bichir should I pull it out or just wait it out and see what happens?
 
of all the wolf fish species I've known, the black wolf aka curupira is the one that most people would put in the com tank. Most curupira is less aggressive than other wolf species. I'd say most but this is not always the case. One of my friend's curupira is as aggressive as my aimara.
 
Im guessing he is under fed. Aggression in my book is visible when chasing tankmates or territorial towards his spot.
I am just guessing but a 5" Poly is an easy target as they are not girthy
