I unfortunitly lost this huge walking cat today or over the night. Came down and turned the lights up in my aquarium local. As usual i chucked some pellets for my 6 pigs but only 5 of them got nuts as usual. Netted this one up dead as a stone. She prob died out of age. She was well over 12 years. Ive had her for 4 years. The guy i bought her from bought her when she was 5cm and had her for almost 7 years. She was huge and measured 52cm with her tailfin torn.

Thanks guys. Yeah she was a beast indeed. I have two more thats at least 45cm but this is probably how big they will get. I just bought some pondmud to see if i can get a spawning with the rest of the walking cats.

Sorry mate. I love these cats well under rated. Yours had great markings. Be good to see a thread on the others you have and what there with etc.

They are underrated as hell. I keep mine as a species only tank. They where in my pool before but since i bought my A. Wittei and C. Laticeps i had to take them out.

Yeah she only grew on her girth the last year or two here. But i will keep growing my other five walking cats.

Here in sweden they are always available on the lists. You should move here then i can order 10 tomorrow if i want for maybe 20 usd. Im thinking of buying an albino true wels.
