This is so ironic that a member with the name UNSTOPABLE is being stopped dead by a aquarium stand thats screwed together. Sorry dude i just noticed this.
So have you made a new stand yet?! I know your going nuts not having that tank set up! I know I am with my 75. My uncle told me he will have it done this week so I need to clean it out again and get it all ready!
Man the same thing happened to me. I was unable to get my 180 through the door, so I put it in the garage. I wasn't enjoying it in the garage, so I traded it for a new 125, so it worked out ok.
why don't you just cut the bottom brace, looks like 2x6 and then stand it on end and rotate it out the door. So the stand will 6" shorter, no big deal.

Anyway, I'd just suggest you build a new stand. Stack the wood to bear the weight. The old stand has the screws holding it all.
