Dissolve a tablespoon of salt per 10 gallons of aquarium volume in a tupperware bowl of water. Once it's dissolved, pour the mix into the aquarium. Use regular table salt since marine mix contains buffers that'll mess up your water chemistry.

Clean water will help him recover faster. Keep up on your water changes.

The only antifungal I ever use is Maroxy. It's safe enough to use on viable eggs so, I know it's safe to use on my fine-scaled, scaleless, and air-breathing specimens.

I'm not sure I see fungus on the LF. The pics aren't clear enough but, the wounds look more like necrosis than fungal in nature. I'd recommend the salt and temp treatment until you have signs of cotton puffs along the wounds.

The infection is getting worse... Now my jaguar has it not bad though, and I quarantined the two overnight, and put the other fish in a 5 g. bucket overnight, a 3" bichir, 2 2" convicts a cuckoo catfish and a 4" lleopard eaf fish. This afternoon my male convict was taken out with the same white film on him and the tail eaten away at. My lungfish is no better possibly even worse... I have done the salt and heat treatment since tuesday and just added melafix last night, the temp is at 86. ( I would of gotten maroxy but they didn't have any.) Is this fungus or do I need something else?! I do not want to lose $150 worth of great fish!

Just curious what your water parameters are?

With the temp at 86F, the pathogen is likely bacterial in nature. Do the fish display any reddened areas along fin peduncles or along the abdomen? If so, the problem may be septicemia.
To treat for a bacterial infection, without a culture to determine the actual pathogen, treatment with one of the tetracyclines is indicated. The dosing for tetracycline is 500mg/20 gal of system volume. Treatment requires daily dosing at full strength. Treatment regimens extend for 7 to 10 days for full eradication.
Pull carbon/resin from the filter. Perform a 40-50% water change before first dose and every other day during treatment. Remember to replace lost salt to the system.
