No, i love snakes. if i see them in the wild I'll pick them up and hold em for a little bit, show whoever I'm with, etc, and then let them go.

Me and one of my friends found a Garter that had been recently stomped by a lake... I seriously wanted to walk around with it until someone said "Hey I just killed that Snake!" and then go beat the **** outta them. It's worth getting arrested over.
