It's different. The fly landed on you, and could carry disease. Stingrays can potentially harm people. These bastards caught the Snake outside, not in their house, and killed it for no reason. A Corn Snake can do absolutely no harm to a human.

btw what pet would this snake eat?? his tea cup chihuahua? pet rat? pet mouse? be serious here , instead of slamming it to the ground like that call animal control, Theirs many peoples pet cats and dogs here in los angeles that pester me to no end everyday , i dont grab them by the tail and swing them into the pavement.And btw wheres the fear in these people by proclaiming "this is how we kill snakes"?

Glad you find that funny. He's right, you know. It's just like in Jersey, how people are going out and plugging Deer, Black Bears, and Coyotes that damage their lawns and go through their trash... yeah, animals tend to look in strange places for food when their natural forage are replaced by mini-malls.
 
BTW the whole self defense thing here has no merit ,these kids were having fun killing this animal and that cant be denied , just watch the clip , so people stop making up these fantasies for THIS situation .
 
If it's any conciliation the death was probably instant on the first smack. Those kids are worthless little slime pools.

As far as the rest I really don't need to get another warning today.

I was always taught to respect life so unless it's a threat to you leave it alone.
