Thats not hard to do, pirahnas are for the most part wussies. Ive never seen a pirahna that actually knew how to fight.

But Ive heard they can take down CA cichlids like viejas and red devils... those fish DO know how to fight.
yeah, I suppose they are only dangerous in a pack when feeding.

i've also heard of them beating up oscars.

Nice aro's though! in what seems like a nice set-up..if you want them both alive though...you got to seperate.

I can testify to that being true.
I'm looking at the pics I took on my phone of a Jardini that was traded in at my lfs....well over a foot long, no drop eye, great colours and was beating the crap out of the 2 huge Oscars that were cowering in a corner of the tank, trying to stay the hell out of the way. Awesome fish, but I doubt you could have kept ANYTHING with it!

You guys should read the description of the pic, says exactly what happened......

nice double dragon combo

I did read the description on the pic. It says one of the fish was moved after one week due to it not eating. I have had new fish or fish I have moved from tank to tank go a lot longer than a week without eating. Meaning it very easily could have had nothing to do with two arowanas being in the same tank like he mentions. He didn't say the two fought or anything like that so to the best of my interpreting skills when you have two jardinis in the same tank what happens is basically..... well... nothing

On the other hand I am almost certain that two jardini on almost all occasions could never live in harmony with each other but this picture definately does not show in the least bit what happens when two jardini are put together.
