I totally agree, like Zepplin, Black Sabbath and The Doors to name a few. My top three.
But definitely comes down to preference.

Well, there are a few problems with your choises
#1 doors
too short of a career
#2, Led Zepplin
Very over rated...Most of there hits are copies, cover songs
#3, Sabbath (one of my all time favorite)
only really first 5 albums w/ ozzy. Yes they are the true creators of heavy metal, but after Dio,in 1982, they done nothing(Even thou I loved the "born again" album)

I like brian johnson, he never forgets Bon Scott. When they were inducted into the R&R hall, he spoke very highly of Bon & brought Bon's nephews, class guy

But as stated earlier, if you heard one AC/DC song you heard them all.
As for as the doors, lyrically AC/DC doesn't hold a candle, and BlackSabbath, the Ozzy cuts is all I care about. I agree with Zepplin but still a personal favorite.
And like I stated MY all time favorites. Don't get me wrong I like AC/DC, just not in my top 3 is all.

I grew up listening to them, so yes I am hearing them. Doesn't mean I have to pick them as one of my favs. You apparently have never listened to Morrison and the Doors lyrically.
