wow, where? this almost made me cry. a 100 gallon tank for a fish almost bigger than the tank is long?! giesh, that's like down at the petco level.

:nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::nilly::eek::WHOA::cry:

I dont save the sites, I just remember... But about sharks.. A LFS has a nurse shark in a 300g or something... His name is bruce.. And he is like 4-5 feet... I feel bad for that shark... Swims back and forth like in 3 secs... They said they are getting a 1,000g tank.... Over a year ago, yet to see in at their store, I only pray they get it soon, its a beautiful shark and has no room. :(

Maybe they were thinking of a 4ft by 4ft by 10 inch, 100 gallon.................lol

That would work for about 1 hour... They just need more water!!

yeah i was thinking that. but still. sharks 41.8 inchs or something like that. thats like you in a 1'l x 1'w x 6'h closet for your life, with some occasional squid falling through the ceiling. doesnt seem right to me.

and to the other guy about the nurse shark. it kills me to see a nurse shark in something like that. i saw about a 1 foot or more (!!) nurse shark in a 55 gallon tank at my lfs. when i told him my tank and what i have in it, which is a 125 reef, his reply was " oh you should get a nurse shark, perfect size". .....:banhim::banhim::banhim:lol.

a lfs near me has a kiddie pool (about 200gal) with 4! nurse sharks ranging in size from 3.5 to 4 feet. the clerk took me downstairs to show me like it was the coolest thing ever, then i asked him if he'd like it if I kept him in my spare bedroom with 3 other *******s for the rest of his life. he gave me no response
