this setup sound ok?

the tank is guna be a 50g 36"-18"-18", its guna hav sand with driftwood and real plants, fish r guna be:
2 angelfish
2 ST dats
2 senegals
2 other bichirs
1 ctennopoma(spelling?) of some sort, preferably 1 that gets big
anything else u guys think would be cool, id kinda like a schooling species but cant think of anything big enough besides sd's and i dont want those

This tank should be a grow out for the dats. Whats plants are you wanting to grow?

im guna be growin low light plants, not quite sure exactly wat species yet, and im not too worried about the dats outgrowin the tank cus my dat now is 2 inches and i plan to get the other 1 around 3 inches. if all the other fish outgrow the dats i hav my 26g whichll be empty once i get the 50g.

Again we ask, what are your plans for the dats when they ourgrow that tank? Please look into the adult sizes of your fish, before purchasing.

i kno the adult sizes of datnoids, and i aslo kno that itll be 4 or 5 years before ill need to start planning to move them. I hav no clue what will be happening that far into the future, but right now my biggest tank is a 100g and if by then(and this is assuming im still fishkeeping) i dont have a suitable tank for them(i can always move em into my 100g if i never get a huge tank) i can always giv them to a good home. and i just confirmed that my dats actually an indo so it wont get quite as monstrous as a ST
