Not that I could have helped you since I don't use the mobile version. But, I haven't contacted anyone in the past couple of days. I had a repair marathon at work that took me through a 21 hour shift, 4 hours back home for sleep then, back to the job for another 10 hours. Sorry you haven't received a helping response. I'll set a report alert to see if any staff can answer any questions you may still have.
As for your african post... well I've been away for about the past week and a half, but had I been browsing, I wouldn't have responded anyway. I delve into the CA/SA Cichlids for the past few years. I had some Brichardii in the 90's but thats it for my african ventures.

OP, you appear to be using the mobile lite skin, try switching to one of the full version skins that allows you many more options for editing your preferences.

As for the One-on-One with the Admin section, we are a site with over 100,000 members and we have ONE admin who can view that section. That section is intended for people to bring issues to
neoprodigy
's attention that pertain to the site; particularly if a Moderator (such as myself) isn't acting right. Double-posting something about Mbuna breeders in there (assuming that's what it was) isn't the kind of thing that will elicit a response, especially since the admin lives no where near Tennessee, he'd have no way of answering your question.
The other members in this thread have already addressed your issues fairly well. Props to

in particular for helping with the avatar issue and pointing out that we simply might not have a member who knows about Mbuna breeders in TN, which explains the lack of a response. Another issue for you to consider is that until you've made five posts in areas that actually contribute to the site and increase your post count, you can't do things like ad an avatar or PM other members. We do this because huge sites like this tend to attract LOTS of spammers.

i figured it was something like this. there is another forum i follow (unrelated to fish) that has similar restrictions in place.
