Could be either mono or ocellaris.. But should look like one of them when larger.

yeah it has no spot on the back of the tail but looks so much like a pbass sorta!

Its the Hawaiian name for P.Bass. Cichla Ocellaris were introduced in hawaii...therefore...its an Ocellaris.
