So about 4 weeks previous to this picture I told my customer he needed a lower control arm ASAP. I didnt want him leaving my shop without doing it. Well he proceeded to not take my advice and decided to take the car and "fix" it himself. Well low and behold what shows up on the back of a flatbed. His car. This was his "fix". 2x4's, wood screws, ratchet straps, and zip ties.

He drove an hour each way to work like this. The original control arm was rotted completely in half. The e-brake cable was holding most of this in place.
