Thanks a lot for the kind remarks. It'll indeed be interesting to see how it works out - the 220 gal is waiting. It's a Gold-Line Knife (Sternopygus macrurus). Hasn't touched food, yet, but this is only day 1 after purchase, and I'll keep trying daily...
