Aclockworkorange do you think they could mix in a larger tank? or just easier to avoid?

Buddha those are such beautiful fish! they remind me of Geophagus species. I will definately buy some of these if I see them around.

They are definitely around but you may have to order them from a vendor. I think they could be kept together in a larger tank--all depends on personality of course. It was fun to watch them puff out their gills at each other. They are found in nature together as well.
They are a lot like CA version of geos, kind of the same niche in nature IMO and you will often see them munching sand too.
