While doing my WC and tank clean today i got a few pics of Bob, my TSNxRT, before the water change and claen up they all had there morning feed and as you can see Bob has had his fill, i have just started feeding fresh salmon to the rays and Bob, rays not to sure yet but as i thought Bod didnt turn his nose up.

Got a few pics and a vid, the vids a bit naff, and water was a bit murky as half way through the clean out.

Heres is when i first got him

they grow like weeds. you will need to build that big tank before you know it

I love the spotted pattern on this one :D

Cool cat but I really haven't got the rtcxtsn fever yet so I like the normal tsn or rtc better. But cool cat none the less

Woot, Nice growth rate you got there

Noob question...does TSNxRTC grow to a smaller adult size or slower than your standard RTC?

Pretty fish you have there btw.

Thanks all, the spotted pattern is the thing that first caught my eye when i seen him, all i did was pop in the LSF for a quick look aroung while i was skivin from work LOL.

As he is growing so quick i will be getting the next tank built asap, well within six months, i estimate him to be around 14 inch by then ( think i will be cutting down on his feeds, if thats possible LOL ), he is in a 150g at the minute and the next will be a 500g tank, but then in aanother yaer i am building him his own tank of around 1500g.

I was meant to be getting a TSN but seen this and fell in love with it, i still miote get a TSN to go with this TSNxRT for the big tank, if i do i will be getting one in a month or so, and it will be a young one again.

These hybrids can grow to near 4 foot as the get hybrid vigor which make them get that big bigger.

Oh and he feeds by hand now:), once i get my hand far enough down for him to notice me LOL, not easy in a 2 foot high tank, god knows what i will have to do when i get him in his 4 foot deep tank, better bet my wet suit ready:headbang2

Seriuosly though i think he knows feeding time as when i go to feed them i splash a few times on the water surface and they all seem to know whats coming.
