Thought I was getting a 55g ENDED UP WITH A 75!!!

lol well this thread made my morning. from the cat in the tank to seeing how much time you have on your hands good job with buy!

my cat wont go near my tanks. in my 10 gal he would pull out feeders but on the big tank he will hiss at the stingrays and run away all bushy tailed lol. not sure what to think about that yet.

I have 2, but they are very different sizes. Cat's also grow, so having a cat in the picture isn't very helpful as far as scale

Speaking of cats, my male used to love to try to go "fishing" when I had 2 20Hs set up on the bottom shelf of my 55 stand. He would hide behind other things in the room or even under the stand and the pop out and throw himself against the glass after little tetras and cories

my kitty is a girl lol, she's been bitten by my fish before back when she was a kitten so she just watches them she doesnt like going near the water.

4f x 12 in = 55 gallon
assuming normal height

Thought 55's were 13" deep.....?

Anyways.. I wish my 55 turned out to be a 75, The extra 5" depth is nice. You leaving it bare bottom or going to scape it?
