as said, that can give rise to a very intereting conversation, but not in this here thread...

I admire their strong sense of nationalism and how it is instilled in everyone there...I have a younger cousin who for years was enamored with Japanese culture and it was his dream to visit there.Well he got his chance after enlisting in the Air Force and was sent there.He must have gotten his feelings hurt or some kind of rude awakening because when we communicated while he was there all he said about the place was that he didn't like it very much.Even after he came home he seemed to express much less interest in the whole thing than he used to....He never really discussed his experiences there though.

I BEG TO DIFFER ,THE GREATEST CIVILAZATION IN HISTORY IS IN THE MIDDLE OF THAT GREAT EXPERIMENT ... and politics aside ..it looks like its working
 
BACK TO THE MATTER AT HAND .. my thoughts are with the victim... and his family and friends ... may the criminals who did this rot in hell
 
I wish the police would've killed both of them. They obviously didn't care about getting caught since they stuck around the scene until the police arrived, but the media attention they will get from trials, etc is exactly what they want and we shouldn't give it to them.

I read today the victim left behind a 2 year old child. How sad....
 
I hadn't heard about this. Sad. Hard to believe it could be done so daringly in open public. I think here in Tx the police wouldn't of had a chance to respond before the concealed carriers took care of the situation.

my aunt and uncle from the states do missionary work in asia. they've been to japan, and they say that the Japanese treat americans really nice, if you're white or black. if you are Asian from America they won't serve you and tell you to leave their restaurants.

kind of messed up. I wonder why that is?
