With all the new morphs, dwarfs, bloodlines, hybrids, and new species being introduced into the hobby, we find ourselves wondering what to try first...

Post some things that you would like to see on the market in a few years. (Please lets not start arguments about hybrids..)

For me:
Labyrinth and piebald Dwarf Burms
Dwarf BATEATERS (dwarf burm x super dwarf retic!)
Sunfire Retics that stay red! lol
Burmese x carpet and/or retic x carpet, maybe not to the general public (at least not at first) but Iwould love to see (and own..) the result.

I would like leucy, piebald, hypo and axanthic mangrove snakes and falsies :p Also some cool gopher morphs

Green Tree Python X Carpet Python

Wait is this thread about things that don't exist, or things we wanna breed? Because Carpondros exist

Edit: Nvm I am just confusing myself >.>

Both things that don't exist and things we would like to see on the market more often.

Since there are SOOOO many morphs of Ball Pythons... and it's been proven Balls can hybridize with several other species of Pythons...

I think it is only a matter of time that morph'ed Balls are crossed woth other species of Pythons and then those "morphed half breeds" are crossed with pure bred other species of Pythons...

Then in this way put the morphed genes in other species of Pythons with only a mild % of Ball Python 'blood' in them...

I've heard "rumors" of a few "big breeders" being in the process of doing this, though I don't have any first hand knowledge of it happening...

I have been wondering that as well, though not as much with ball pythons.. An example I thought of is would breeding a tiger or super tiger retic to a normal burm produce tiger bateaters?? Unlikely, but it could work, as tiger is a co-dominant gene.. Or if that didn't work, what about a tiger/super tiger retic bred to a bateater?? Tiger jungle retics??

i would luv to see some more hybrid crocs. and some cool morphs of green snakes. Hmm that should be on my list of things to buy for 2011.

IT IS NOW!!! must get green snake.....must.....

I only suggest doing this with Ball Pythons becaues there are so many morphs of Balls...

The theory I suggested would look like this...

Morphed Ball x Pure Berm...
Morphed BermBall (50/50) x Pure Berm...
Morphed BermBall (75/25) x Pure Berm...
Morphed BermBall (87.5/12.5) x Pure Berm...
Morphed BermBall (93.75/6.25) x Pure Berm...
etc, etc, etc...

While this process will never yield a "100% Morphed Berm" It is probable the "morphed" genetics can be kept while washing almost all of the "Ball" genetics out...

There is no guarentee that the morphed genetics will hold true in the hybrid, and at any point in "washing out" the Ball genetics there is a slight risk the morph will stop passing... but the stronger chance is the process will work as suggested above.

This concept could be applied with any Ball Python morph... and utilized with any species that can hybridize with Ball Pythons and still be fertile.

I wanna see more:
f2 imperial pueblan (banana king/pueb milk)
Sinacorns, Pueblacorns, and Corndurans (var. milk species/Corn)

I want there to be:
Milk snake X Bull Snake [Sinabull, Puebull, Bullduran(made up names)]
Imperial pueblacorn (Imperial pueblan/Corn)
f2 tessera corn snake X Pueblan milk
(Black rat snake X Black milk snake) X Black Pine Snake

colubrid hybrid list could be endless lol. the best part is that most of these hybrids are fertile, so theres also endless hybrid X dif Hybrid possibilites  I hope to work on a Andean milk(largest milk species :D) X Bull Snake eventually
