Don't know if this is the place to post this? Just want your thoughts on yesterdays show. IMO, very boring and I felt like I wasted an hour of my life. BTW last weeks wasn't very entertaining either. Let me know what you all thought.

well, to the OP, you are enditled to your own opinion. but IMO, i thought it was good. i showed this to my friend that dont know anything about fishes and rivers, but after he watched it, it gave him a different point of view in the rivers wildlife. And for anyone who gets inspired or educated in a show, even if boring to US proffesional aquarist. To me , it's a good show and im pretty sure alot of people appreciate shows that is educational.

ps now was it a wasted hour of your life bcuz you know so much about fishkeeping, or or you just refuse the get gain knowledge about nature in general ;)

Love your sarcasm! I just want to know more about the fish-not necessarily the area or its people. The last episode focused more on history and political problems of the area than the actual fish-I mean the show is called River Monsters and not "Dangerous Regions of the World"
I dont mind a few minutes explaining the habitat and its people. However, when that takes away about what the program should be about then yes I feel I wasted an hour of my life. For example the one about the "Goonch" was a very good show. While it did focus on the region he still discussed the fish and its habits. This one just kind of put me to sleep a little. And no I'm not anywhere near a fishkeeping expert-

i believe he tried very hard in catching a big one but he unfortunately he didn't thats why he must put together something worthwhile as an episode or else that whole trip would be wasted.
