I plan to acquire either a 75G or a 90G....hoping for the 90G but if a LFS won't order me one I can just pick up a 75G from Petsmart. With that said I plan to put in some Red Head Tapajos either a group of 3-5, a Green Terror(I suspect to be female based on more rounded fins), and a Red Severum. Would 5 Tapajos be pushing the stocking limit in a 75G? I will have a Whisper 60 HOB and Sun Sun 304 canister.

Short term you'll probably be ok but long term you're going to need more room. I'd recommend going with the severum and some geos; atleast just from what you listed.

Would 3geos, the GT, and the Sev work? If not I can leave the Sev in it's present 50G and just go with the GT and Geos.

Agree with above.Have you considered a chocolate cichlid as your large centre piece cichlid?Mature males are stunning and they are very easy going for their size.
They tend to occupy the upper levels of the tank more than most cichlid, so won't get in the way of the geophagus to much.

I already have the GT and Sev in separate tanks. What could go with them in a 90? Looking to free up a tank for a mota and another for cryptoheros.

90g doesn't really help much compared to a 75g for SA/CA cichlids. They are the same footprint and they will not really use the extra height. The GT and severum will not likely be a great mix long term. The severum and a small group of red head geo's would be great for either sized tank though. Mota's (especially males) are vicious and won't go great with anything long term unless it's a really big tank. You can grow one out with other fish in a smaller tank but it will likely eventually kill everything.
