i guess its planaria.....mostly caused by overfeeding.....harmless to the fish but can get irrititating if they get in their gills.....try reducing the amount of food u put in or the frequency of feeding and do regular water changes at least 25% water changes and they should go away
if they increase in number just take the fish out clean the tank nicely and fill it up again but remember to limit the food
