also keep in mind the topic of the thread,its a search for thrash bands that dont bash religion constantly,we know all the others,just trying to see what bands sound like those old ones with out seeming satanic.

I don't think you will find many bands these days that are going to match the likes of Megadeth, Slayer, Overkill, Pantera etc.
I thought this thread was going to be a discussion of old school thrash bands.
well i did an old school metal thread and that named alot of this stuff.They always get a little away from main topic but yeah the main thing here is who is hard metal without the god bashing,if you can think of some feel free to share.Dang what time is it?1 in the morn here,im out,peace.
It seems that thrash, has really been put by the wayside by this emo stuff, but if you look at bands that started out as emo are leaning towards the thrash like stuff from the 80's. Trivium seems to be leaning that way also bullet for my valentine. If you dont mind the mystical topics of their songs dragonforce is a great band. Thrash will make a comeback you just have to wait.
