ANy one ever been to a city that gets a new cop and he feels he needs to be a D*** to everyone to get respect?

We did just get some new mods maybe the new guys/gals are throwing there weight around for a bit to stake there claim.

If anything new MODS tend to be very shy and under the radar, simply watching how the older mods operate behind the scenes.

Yep. We have agreed before that the said forum will not take place. We had a discussion previously about this and the consensus is no therefore no forum of that sort will take place here and I certainly hope not.

And before anyone jumps the gun about the new moderators, yes, we are watching how MFK is operated by the more experienced ones. We ask before we jump into action so mistakes can be avoided.

Oh yeah that heppened to me i thought why th **** did they change it(had 5 previose changes for no reason.) but my video was just embedded.

Well an explanation would be good rather than just removing it....oh well. It's all good. At least now I know not to post such humor since someone is getting all butt hurt about it...LOL...

I think when a mod deletes a thread there is a field that they can fill out for the reason they delete something. If I'm not mistaken, the member should get a PM saying their thread was deleted and the reason will be stated. I think that is a better way of handling something rather than just deleting it with no explanation. Deleting things with no explanation just makes threads like these pop up. If I was a member and got my thread deleted for no reason, I'd feel that there's a staff out there that is on a power trip and just waiting for my threads to pop up and then delete just for fun.

Now can someone tell me what this joke was about? I'm curious now.

sorry mods,not saying your bad people just the way the mods work

just think if cops got attitudes like mods,we would be in trouble

Not me I just wing it on my own.. And I only have two buttons "Delete" and "Ban"...

I'm 100% sure none of the new mods touched that thread...

Much respect Jed.. But as a former mod you probably know if someone gets something deleted it's usually pretty easy to determine why. It violated TOS, or broke another rule. If someone still can't figure it out and the mod forgot or just didn't put a reason you can always try to inquire as to a reason before assuming it's a power trip issue.

your thread was moved by a senior staff. as you know there is no way monitor all the thread, post that pass through this site. guess you shouldnt bump it.. we will modified moderation protocol

in this case there is no option for that. as that thread is moved not deleted. as i stated above our traffic is at all time high and so is our work load. you should know it hard being a staff. but we are constantly modify our moderation protocols.

last note. one of the reason why there is MonsterFishKeepers.com, is to create a community without power trip staff. So if you see a staff over used his/her "power" please let me know.
